With roots dating back to 1998 and incorporation in 2002, PTS Technology Sdn Bhd has grown from a printing-consumables business into a Malaysian technology supplier supporting industrial coding, product identification and workplace operations. In 2004, the Group expanded its office-printing capabilities through PTS Sales and Service Sdn Bhd.
PTS Technology is currently the only authorised BENTSAI distributor in Malaysia and the exclusive distributor of BENTSAI handheld printers in Malaysia. We help factories, manufacturers, packaging companies, warehouses and SMEs select, test and implement practical Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) coding solutions according to the actual material, required code, print size, production speed, operating method and working environment.
What We Do
- Industrial Coding & Marking: BENTSAI handheld TIJ printers and inline industrial TIJ printers for batch numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates, text, serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes and logos on suitable cartons, plastic, metal, glass, wood and other materials.
- Application & Product Consultation: We assess the printing material, message size, production volume, speed, print direction and handheld or conveyor workflow before recommending a suitable printer and ink. Product demonstrations and sample assessments may be arranged upon confirmation.
- Ink, Consumables & Local Support: We supply genuine BENTSAI consumables and maintain local availability of commonly used cartridges. Specialty colours and ink formulations are subject to confirmation. Customers also have access to setup guidance, technical assistance, repair coordination and warranty support for eligible products supplied by PTS Technology.
- Office & Workplace Solutions: We support Malaysian SMEs with printer leasing, original ink and toner cartridges, office-printing solutions and contactless access-card systems.
