BENTSAI 6205BL vs 6210BL vs B45 vs B85: Which Printer Fits Your Application?
Choosing an inkjet printer starts with your required print size, material and working method—not simply the largest print height.
For Malaysian businesses comparing BENTSAI printers, this guide provides a starting point before an actual-sample assessment.
Quick Model Comparison
| Model | Maximum print height | When to consider it |
|---|---|---|
| BT-HH6205BL | 12.7 mm | Compact batch numbers, dates and identification codes within a small printing area. |
| BT-HH6210BL | 25.4 mm | Messages or code layouts requiring more height than 12.7 mm. |
| B45 | 46 mm, using dual-head stitching | Larger text and graphics where a wider print area is available. |
| B85 | 92 mm | Wide-format identification requiring more print height than the smaller models. |
These are maximum print heights, not recommended minimum code sizes. Actual layout suitability depends on the available printing area, content and required readability. Select a model name above to view its specifications.
Handheld or Conveyor Printing?
The 6205BL and 6210BL support handheld and inline operation. For conveyor use, confirm the mounting arrangement, sensor, power supply, product spacing and operating conditions.
The B45 also supports production-line integration with suitable mounting and triggering equipment. Confirm the required configuration and supplied accessories with PTS.
For B85 or any proposed automated installation, ask PTS to assess the exact model configuration and workflow before ordering.
Will the Ink Stick to Your Material?
Print height alone does not determine suitability.
Coatings, oily surfaces, moisture, dust, curvature and surface treatment can affect adhesion and print quality. Even solvent-based ink is not suitable for every surface.
Test the actual material with the intended ink. Check drying, rubbing resistance and any water or chemical exposure relevant to your application. Barcode and QR-code scanning must also be tested with the intended layout and reader.
