All-in-One Design with 4.3-Inch Touch Screen
The Bentsai E61P integrates the control unit and printhead in a single compact body weighing just 460g. The built-in 4.3-inch HD touch screen allows operators to create, edit, and manage print messages directly on the device without needing a separate computer or external software. Its Linux-based operating system is stable, fast, and easy to use.

Supports Both 0.5-Inch and 1-Inch Cartridges

By simply swapping the printhead plate, the Bentsai E61P can accommodate both 0.5-inch (12.7mm) and 1-inch (25.4mm) ink cartridges. This dual-cartridge compatibility effectively gives you two printers in one machine, offering maximum production flexibility. With the 0.5-inch cartridge, resolution reaches 600dpi at up to 60m/min. With the 1-inch cartridge, the maximum print height doubles to 25.4mm at up to 30m/min.

Protruding Printhead for Curved Surfaces

An optional flat printhead plate allows the E61P's printhead to extend outward by 7mm, making it ideal for coding on curved surfaces such as bottle necks, cans, and round containers. This versatility makes the E61P suitable for beverage, personal care, pharmaceutical, and agricultural chemical industries.

Flexible Rotating Bracket for Narrow Conveyors

The Bentsai E61P includes a rotating bracket that can be angled to accommodate narrow or hard-to-reach conveyor lines. If the printer is accidentally bumped or impacted during operation, the rotating bracket absorbs the impact and swings away, protecting the device from damage.
 

Wide Material Compatibility

The E61P supports both water-based and solvent-based ink cartridges. Water-based inks are suited for porous substrates such as paper, corrugated cardboard, wood, and fiberboard. Solvent-based inks adhere to non-porous substrates including plastic, glass, metal, aluminium foil, and cables. Ink colours available include black, cyan, magenta, yellow, white, and green depending on ink type.
 

Rich Print Content Support

The Bentsai E61P supports a wide range of print content types including text, numbers, images, logos, barcodes (Code 128, Code 39, EAN-8, EAN-13, UPC-A, ITF 2 of 5, ITF-14), 2D codes (QR Code, GS1 DM), date and time stamps, sequential counters, and database-linked variable data. Image formats supported include JPG, JPEG, PNG, and BMP. Multiple font types are available including true type fonts and dot-matrix fonts.
